Badge dates this drum to the early 1920's as per "The Ludwig Book" by Rob Cook.
Tube lugs with single flange hoops. Drum would have originally had a Super-Sensitive strainer with gut snare but was changed to "modern" hardware sometime in the 1960's.
Some extra holes in the shell. A very cool drum that is over 100 years old!!!
